Our clients' confidentiality and privacy is important to IBS. Accordingly, IBS has developed information management guidelines. However, as internet technologies evolve, these guidelines are subject to change. Any such changes will be recorded on IBS's site.
IBS is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of Web sites to which it may link.
What information does IBS gather and/or track about visitors to its site?
- IBS does not require registration for access to its site.
- IBS does not employ cookies in connection with its site.
- IBS logs IP addresses of visitors in order to manage its system. IBS does not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.
- IBS does not collect credit card information.
- When a visitor submits an inquiry or comment through a form available on IBS's site, IBS records and retains the visitor's e-mail address.
What does IBS do with the information it gathers and/or tracks?
- IBS carries out statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure interest in the various areas of its site. Personal information about individual visitors will not be provided to any third party.
- IBS may use the e-mail addresses provided when a visitor submits an inquiry or comment or registers.
- IBS may also send e-mail to its visitors about the services it offers. It will always offer recipients of promotional literature the right to stop future offers.
- IBS has installed the physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information it collects online.
- IBS will not share any information received about its customers with any third party.
